In its 3rd exciting year the Elite Karting League is the fastest growing UK Championship with 240 drivers competing in 2013. With the most equalised hire karts in the UK they offer the fastest, closest, fast paced action filled kart racing and the only cash prize in karting in the form of the Race of Champions. The EKL team take great pride in preparing there karts to the highest standard, with over 30 years experience in racing and development of the pro kart
EKL Race Format
Exciting 1 day format offering practice & competition in both sprint & endurance disciplines
RACE DAY TIMETABLE
1 hour open practice
12 x 10 lap heats
RACE OF CHAMPIONS aka DASH FOR CASH
Fastest Driver from each team compete in a 5min qualifying session followed by 15 lap race with cash prizes for top 3
ENDURANCE RACES
20 min qualifying / practice
2 x 1 hour or 1 x 2hour (depending on circuit conditions)
POINTS
Points from all races will be added together for your overall team points
